Is the J&M Cleaning app free?▾
Yes — it's free to download and use. You only pay for cleans you actually book, at the price quoted upfront.
Is it on Android too?▾
Not yet — the app is iOS-only for now (iPhone & iPad). Android customers can keep booking through the website or WhatsApp with no loss in service.
Do I need an account?▾
Yes — a quick sign-up with email gives you booking history, in-app chat and one-tap payments. Existing customers' data is linked automatically when you sign in.
How do payments work?▾
After we finish a cleaning, we send an invoice with a Pay Now button. Tapping it opens a secure Revolut checkout — no card details are stored inside the app.
Can I cancel a clean from the app?▾
Yes. Open the booking from the Bookings tab and tap Cancel — or chat the team directly. Free cancellation with 24-hour notice.
How do I delete my account?▾
Go to the Account tab and tap Delete account. Your account, bookings, invoices and chat history are removed permanently — no fees, no waiting period.
