We aim to send the same cleaner wherever possible so they get to know your home and preferences. Availability or staff absence may require a different team member.
Yes — weekly and fortnightly plans are available. New customers pay £20/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Choosing a frequency does not reduce the domestic rate: loyalty rates are earned through completed cleans. We aim to send the same cleaner wherever possible.
Absolutely. All team members are DBS-checked and fully insured. Key holding is offered to regular clients.
You can cancel from your account at any time before the clean. Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling where possible, so we can offer the slot to someone else. There is no automatic cancellation fee. Nothing is paid upfront, so there is nothing to refund.
Yes. All products and equipment are included. If you have a preference (eco-friendly, fragrance-free etc.), just let us know.
