Prices by Service
Indicative pricing for the selected work. We agree the scope and price before work begins; any extra work must be agreed first. Domestic cleaning has no automatic condition surcharge. For sofas, the heavy-soiling supplement below only applies when needed and agreed.
Oven and fridge interior cleaning are an optional bundle at £60, adding 1 hour to the schedule. They are not included in the base deep-clean or end-of-tenancy price. The bundle price does not change with your loyalty tier.
Regular cleaning has a 2-hour minimum. Deep and end-of-tenancy estimates allow 2.5 labour hours per bedroom, with a 3-hour minimum: a 2-bed home allows 5 labour hours and a 3-bed home 7.5. These are total cleaner-hours, not a guaranteed visit duration; two cleaners can share the work. The oven and fridge bundle adds 1 hour to the schedule. We confirm the team, scope and expected visit duration with you.

End-of-Tenancy Cleaning
Most PopularA documented clean to the agreed checkout checklist. New-customer estimates at £30/hour, with a three-hour minimum. Tenancy deposit refunds are not guaranteed.
Domestic Cleaning
Loyalty RewardsYes — weekly and fortnightly plans are available. New customers pay £20/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Choosing a frequency does not reduce the domestic rate: loyalty rates are earned through completed cleans. We aim to send the same cleaner wherever possible.
Deep Cleaning
By SizeNew-customer estimates at £30/hour, 2.5 labour hours per bedroom with a three-hour minimum. Earned loyalty rates apply.
Mould Removal & Treatment
Treatment per affected patch/area, not per room or square metre. Scope confirmed before work; prevention advice included.
Carpet & Sofa Cleaning
Carpets priced per room, with each staircase and hallway counted separately. Sofa ranges are estimates; any heavy-soiling supplement is agreed before work.
Airbnb & Short-Let Cleaning
Same-Day AvailableCleaning only, using clean linen and restocking supplies provided by the host. Washing and ironing are not included. Extra time must be agreed before work.
After-Build Cleaning
Specialist post-construction clean. HEPA vacuums, paint/adhesive removal.
