Frequently asked questions

How do I book a cleaning?▾

Open the J&M Cleaning app, tap "Get a quote" on the home screen, fill in your property details, and submit. We will review and respond — usually within a couple of hours during business hours.

How do payments work?▾

After we complete a cleaning, we send an invoice with a "Pay now" button. Tapping it opens a secure Revolut checkout page where you can pay by card. We do not store any card details inside the app.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?▾

Yes. Open the booking from the "Bookings" tab and tap "Cancel" — or message us via the in-app chat to request a different date.

How do I edit a quote I already sent?▾

In the app, go to the quote and tap "Edit" while it is still pending. Once approved, you can still cancel and re-submit if anything changes.

How do I delete my account?▾

In the app, go to the "Account" tab and tap "Delete account". Confirm the dialog and your account, bookings, invoices and chat history will be permanently removed. There is no fee and no waiting period.

I can't sign in / I forgot my password▾

On the login screen tap "Forgot password" and follow the email link. If you don't receive the email within a couple of minutes check your spam folder, then contact us.

J&M Cleaning is a family-run cleaning business based in Liverpool, UK. We provide standard, deep, end-of-tenancy and commercial cleaning services to homes, landlords and short-let hosts across Merseyside and the surrounding region.

The J&M Cleaning iOS app gives existing customers a convenient way to track bookings, message us and pay invoices. All cleanings are physical, in-person services performed at the customer's property — there is no digital content or in-app purchases.
